ThomasHolidayVillas is a holiday home rental agency based in Benissa since 2003. You find us in the CREAMA Business Center in the Town Hall of Benissa.

Our carefree package for landlords includes the complete rental service: registration of the holiday property with the authorities, profiling for advertising, price optimisation, payment transactions, guest communication and care during the stay as well as cleaning.

If desired, we can also take care of the maintenance of your property.

If you are already renting out independently or through agencies, but would like to have a higher occupancy rate, we will rent out exclusively or non-exclusively (additionally to other rental agencies) as a supplement for an optimal occupancy rate.

In addition to the impeccable condition of our holiday homes, the key to the success of a high occupancy rate is professional advertising and fast and competent communication with customers.

In order to guarantee legal certainty for the landlord and our company, we do not advertise until the permission for the tourist rental has been obtained from the competent authorities (Servicios Territoriales de Turismo) in Alicante. If this has not yet been applied for, we will gladly take the necessary paperwork off you, handle the extensive formalities and assist you in implementing the prescribed standards.

The size of our agency is manageable. This should remain so and that’s why we only offer holiday homes that promise a mutually agreeable cooperation. In addition to respecting the legal framework conditions such as registration with the authorities, this includes transparent accounting of rental income with you and above all the careful handling of your property.

We have craftsmen in our team and we are on site all year round, so that we can quickly deal with unforeseen matters, regardless of whether it is just a defective kitchen appliance or a water damage that needs to be repaired immediately. If you are not living on site or temporarily staying close to your holiday home, we routinely drive past it twice a month to check on the situation.
You determine the scope of our free service yourself in advance. We will gladly more or less supervise your property.
